It seems like there are a lot of these requests on the EFJ threads.
Mr. Bartlett, would it make sense to make a sticky where only model decode requests can be posted, this way it's all in one place? Ongoing questions about the particular model should be a separate post, whose title has the model string on it.
I will start by asking what P25 capabilities are of 242-5183-810FA

The 023 radios I cannot due as accurate. 99% of the time these are radios that were handed out to sales guys to demo to customers and may have a myriad of options installed that cannot be decoded by means I have available to me. I have heard EFJ will sell these at discount since they are used radios.
I can tell you this is a 5100 (not SL) UHF 380-470 radio and that is about it.
In most instances, since this is a 380MHz radio it was used by EFJ Federal team so this radio probable has DES-OFB and AES installed and quite possibly both conv and P25Trunking OTAR, although I cannot guarantee that.
