Can anyone help me identify these parts?

Can anyone help me identify these parts?

I believe that these were on the end of some 50 Pin ribbon cables going to a Harris Intraplex Access Server. There are 6 of them that are labeled DIODE with 3 MAD1108P 16-Pin DIP DIODE arrays, the one labeled HYBRID has 1 of the MAD1108P DIODE arrays and 2 - ULN2803A 18-Pin DIP NPN Transistor Arrays. I'm trying to find a part number for these but the only writing on the boards says ISOLATION MODULE but no part number. I can't find anything in the Harris, M/A-Com, GE, Ericsson, etc. documentation referring to the use of isolation modules. Image
