Question on TK-730

Is the TK-730 narrow band capable? From what I've been able to research, the 730 can do narrow band with an option board. Is this correct? Could someone help me identify which board is needed for narrow band operation and where I may be able to purchase it? Also, will the radio be able to have some channels on wide band and some on narrow band after installing this option?

The Tk-730 (G) is narrow band capable (sort of).

It will do narrow band but the synthesizer math won't allow it to accept some of the newer 2.5 khz spaced channels. There was never a retrofit board offered to change a 730 to a 730 G.
