Ok here is what i found out for any one needed a program cable.
"Contact the sales department at (800) 821-2900 and ask for pricing on the PCKIT030. This is a kit with hardware and software necessary for programming the older Relm model repeaters and mobiles. The cable is not available separately." (email back from Relm Service).
As the email says you can not buy the cable separately and they want $241.66 for the kit.
I have not heard back form New London Technologies yet maybe thay will sell just the cable at a good price. Also from the email it looks like the DRC-200 uses the same interface (I think it is an IA4500) as some older mobiles most likely the ones with the six conductor modular cable.
So if some one has a schematic for this interface that would be nice.

Re: DRC-200-- COR signal
has anyone been able to locate a COR/COS signal either active high or active low that does not kill the audio ?
and pin 15 on the DB15 is a active low but it kills the audio
